You can manually add a booking within the CMS to block out dates from being booked.
Time periods can also be blocked via a booking that is set to repeat daily, weekly or monthly e.g Adding a lunch break.
How to add a manual Booking
- Click the BOOKING menu on the left hand side and choose Add Booking, or edit a booking product and choose Add Booking from the small tabs top right. You can choose the calendar to assign to the booking there.
- or click the CONFIGURE RESOURCES area, click the calendar where you would like add the booking and add the booking.
On the configuration popup that appears
As part of the booking you do not need to assign the booking to a customer.
You can also set the customer to None to assign the booking to a SYSTEM user.
- Set the booking Description
- Select the resource (if incorrect)
- Set the Booking time and the frequency e.g. Daily to have the event repeat each day.
- If a repeating event - set the Repetition Ends On date e.g. when the repeating event is set to finish in the future.
- Confirm the booking and add
