Setting Up Basic Freight Options
Setting up freight options in your website is quick and flexible, whether you’re offering standard shipping, international delivery, or local pickup.
Accessing Freight Settings
From the main menu, click e-commerce
In the Delivery / Freight section, select Freight/Shipping Fees
Creating Basic Freight Options
From this screen, you can quickly create
- Domestic Shipping
- International Shipping
- Click & Collect
You can also use the built-in AI Freight Fee Generator to help create starting freight rules.
NOTE: Always thoroughly test your freight settings to ensure customers receive the expected shipping options and pricing during checkout.
Editing & Expanding Your Freight Rules
Once your basic freight rules are saved:
- Return to the freight option
- Open the rule again to create more advanced conditions and customisations
You can create more detailed setups such as:
- Different pricing by region
- Weight-based shipping
- Free shipping thresholds
- Product-specific freight rules

Copying Existing Freight Rules
To save time, you can duplicate an existing freight rule:
- Click the Copy icon next to the freight option
- A duplicate will be created
- Modify the copied version as needed
This is especially useful when creating similar shipping rules with only minor changes.

These advanced options provide greater flexibility for more complex shipping requirements.
Example: Some basic freight rules set.
- NZ North Island addresses only: $6.96 exc GST base fee per order with $3.48 exc gst rural surcharge. Limited to New Zealand North Island addresses.
- NZ South Island addresses only: $8.70 exc GST base fee per order with $3.48 exc gst rural surcharge. Limited to New Zealand South Island addresses.
- Click and Collect
- Australia Shipping: $20.00 base fee per order, limited to Australian addresses - no taxes applied.
