Backups when offline

We offer a backup/placeholder/email website hosting plan that keeps all your work backed up, and also offers a single page placeholder web page, and an email service. This plan is affordable and ensures your content is backed up for as long as you want. 

We do not advise taking a website offline for a holiday. This will negatively affect your rankings. 

For all other situations, you should keep working on your website, and the trial will last indefintely, so long as you keep logging in and making changes. 

However, if you do not make changes for 30 days, we will delete yout trial. 

If you are dead keen on continuing with your website, we can increase that timeout to 90 days. Please contact support to ask for this option. 

If you require a longer period of time to have your WIP website backed up, then please either continue to work on your website within the timeframe, to reset the clock. Or consider paying for a backup service that will remain active as long as you pay for the backup/placeholder/email service.
